My name is Heidi and my husband's name is Edwin. We have two wonderful children and reside in the city of Pooler. We've decided to open a place where everything is based on healthy choices that also taste great! We have meal replacement shakes, pre and post workouts, protein/fat reduction coffees and loaded teas that help boost metabolism, and so much more.  We look forward to being able to help this wonderful community and meet all you wonderful people!!
