Full time grocery manager

Responsibilities, tasks and duties:

A Grocery Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a grocery store, focusing on staff management, inventory control, customer service, and sales performance. They are responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, meets financial goals, and provides a positive customer experience

-store operations- open, close , clean, manager registers and supplies. Experience in grocery and retail environment required.

Inventory control-assisting with stocking, pricing

Customer service- assisting customers with inquiries and complaints.

Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and appreciation for the cultural nuances of the target market. The grocery store carries both

American and Korean groceries.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language(s) of the target market is often a significant advantage. Fluency in Korean is helpful.

The store does sell alcoholic beverages , so all employees

Must be of age to sell alcohol, 18.

This is a full time position, weekend availability required .

. Wages range from 18-24/ hour depending on experience
