The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Palmetto Cay, ensuring excellent resident relations, strong financial performance, and exceptional community appearance. This role leads leasing, resident retention, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and vendor management while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards. The Community Manager serves as the primary leader of the community and is accountable for achieving occupancy, revenue, customer service, and operational goals while creating a welcoming and professionally managed living environment for residents.
