We invite you to join us for a high-energy and very informative Summit with a focus on Supply Chain Solutions. Programming is expected to include: Various keynote speakers and panels who will provide key insights as to: Supply Chain Solutions, Recent OEM and Tier 1 announcements, Workforce development and retention, Cyber security in the supply chain, Learning how manufacturers can successfully become part suppliers in the global automotive parts and components market, And more. Special Tour Opportunity - This year we will be viewing the Georgia Ports Authority Facilities (with expert narration) from the water, aboard the beautiful Savannah River Queen (pictured above). Ours will be a private chartered event on Wednesday, August 21.
The meeting's overall schedule (subject to change) is expected to include: Tuesday, August 20 9:30am - Registration and Networking - Exhibitors open at 9:30am (Exhibitors set-up at 8:00am) 11:00am - Program begins with Opening Remarks and Keynote Speaker 12:00noon - Lunch and Networking - Exhibitors open 12:45pm - Program resumes with world class speakers and panels on key topics 4:30pm - Networking Reception and Exhibitor Showcase 5:30pm - Program concludes for the day 5:30pm - Plan your visit to Savannah to include one or more of the suggested activities referred to below under "Plan Your Visit to Savannah".
Wednesday, August 21 7:30am - Exhibitors open. Coffee, Tea, Beverages, Light Snacks and Networking. (Breakfast is already provided to Hotel guests at the Hotel.) 8:00am - Program begins - General Introduction to the Georgia Ports Authority Facilities 8:30am - Buses leave Hotel for Riverboat Tour of the Georgia Ports Authority Facilities. 11:30am - Return to Hotel (Meeting Adjourned)
Bus transportation will be provided from the Hotel to the Riverboat and back. You must report to the Hotel for sign-in and instructions. You will not be exiting the Riverboat until back at the originating dock, and then getting back on the bus to return to the Hotel.
Bus Space will be limited, so we urge you to sign up early. Previous GAMA Tours have sold out in just days.
