Description
To develop successful front-line leaders, you must first determine what good leadership looks like within your company culture. Many companies promote employees based on their technical knowledge but don’t always follow through with proper leadership development training.
As a result, many employees may find themselves in a new managerial role without the tools they need to lead a team or deal with a range of employee behaviors.
Join us for a lunch-n-learn event to:
- Learn how to look for and identify the unique skills and characteristics that your front-line leaders will need to succeed.
- Gain a better understanding of how to approach the training process so that your team can grow and achieve balance across different skill sets.
- Discover how to create a culture with engaged leaders, good communicators, and those willing and able to set the standard of excellence for others in the organization.
Event includes lunch, networking, presentation, and Q&A.
