JOB SUMMARY

Our company is seeking Patient Care Associate who will use their extensive cannabis product knowledge to guide customers while complying with all regulations. Patient Care Associates will assist every patient to ensure the patient is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patient’s specific needs while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting the management team with the operations of the dispensary while abiding by all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Working closely with patients to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions for their needs.

-Expected to provide excellent customer care and support the company’s core values and culture.

-Ensure all intake forms and other paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information in company databases for future reference.

-Confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and dispensary.

-Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and general information.

-Management of patient records in accordance with the state and company database.

-Maintenance and update of databases as needed.

-Fulfillment of patient orders.

-Responsible for the sales and promotion of all products.

-Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust of products.

-Assist with opening and closing of the dispensary and other tasks as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

-Two years of direct customer service experience required.

-In-depth knowledge of all products carried in-store.

-Preferred knowledge of cannabis and consumption methods.

-Retail experience is a strong plus.

-Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.

-Valid driver’s license or ID required.

-Must be 18 years of age.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

-Required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.

-Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
