This session, AI Without the Hype: Practical, Ethical Tools for Modern Businesses, will be presented by Tyler Cobbs of Go Assistantly and offers a clear, approachable, and non-technical breakdown of how AI can support modern businesses without replacing the human touch.

Attendees will learn what AI is (and isn’t), common myths and misconceptions, and see real-world examples of how AI can be used for marketing, customer service, administrative tasks, planning, and content creation. The presentation will also cover ethical and safe AI use while providing practical tools, templates, and workflows members can implement immediately—helping small teams save time, reduce workload, and work more efficiently.
